【摘要】 依托孕烯是第3代孕激素药物，在生殖避孕方面有着不可替代的作用，由于其具有较强的药理活性和较弱的雄激素作用，是长效可逆避孕制剂产品的首选活性药物之一，早在1998年就进入国际市场，已有40多个国家应用，但其产品于2012年才引入我国。本文综述了依托孕烯的理化性质、作用机制和制剂研究进展，以期为依托孕烯制剂的进一步开发提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Etonogestrel is one of the third-generation progestin drugs, which has an irreplaceable role in reproductive contraception. Due to the strong pharmacological activity and weak androgenic effect, it is one of the preferred active drugs for long-acting reversible contraceptive products. Etonogestrel entered the international market as early as 1998 and has been widely used in more than 40 countries; however, its products were not introduced into China until 2012. This article reviews the physicochemical properties, mechanism of action, pharmacokinetics and preparation research progress of etonogestrel. It is hoped to provide a reference and lay a theoretical foundation for further development of etonogestrel preparations.更多还原
