马来酸酐改性纤维素在尾矿坝环境治理中的研究
Study on the Application of Maleic Anhydride-Modified Cellulose in Improving the Ecological Environment of Tailing Dam
【摘要】 尾矿坝的环保治理与安全治理是一体的,土工布易因Ca2+产生化学淤堵,造成环境污染与安全问题。纤维素是一种廉价且环保的材料,本实验用马来酸酐对纤维素进行改性制备吸附剂,用以吸附Ca2+,改善土工布化学淤堵情况,对尾矿坝进行环保治理。红外光谱分析显示,马来酸酐成功接枝在纤维素上,电子扫描电镜可以观察到纤维素和马来酸酐成功结合。EDTA滴定法测定不同实验条件对钙离子吸附容量的影响,结果显示,最佳制备条件为纤维素质量2g, MAH质量2g,反应温度80℃,反应时间9h,马来酸酐对钙离子最大吸附容量为178mg/g。
【Abstract】 Environmental and safety management of tailing dams is integrated, as geotextilecan cause chemical silting in the existence of Ca2+,resulting in environmental pollution and safety problems. Cellulose is a cheap and environment-friendly material, thus an experiment using Maleic Anhydride to modify cellulose for adsorbent preparation was conducted, to adsorb Ca2+ and mitigate chemical blocking of geotextile, and improve the ecology around tailing dams.
