【摘要】 目的：探究盐酸氯环利嗪片配合地奈德乳膏在调节血清芳香烃受体和细胞因子水平上对改善湿疹患者皮肤状况的效果。方法：本项前瞻性研究选取了2019年3月至2022年3月在本院接受治疗的64名湿疹患者，通过随机数字表法分为两组，每组32名。A组单独使用盐酸氯环利嗪片治疗，B组在A组基础上联合使用地奈德乳膏。比较两组患者的短期和长期疗效、临床症状评分、湿疹面积和严重程度指数、血清标志物水平以及不良反应发生情况进行了。结果：B组患者在近期和远期疗效上均优于A组，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05），且在临床症状改善、湿疹范围及严重程度评分方面进步，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。血清标志物分析显示，两组治疗后均有所改善，B组中IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α和AhR水平较A组降低，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。在不良反应方面，B组的总发生率低于A组（P <0.05）。结论：盐酸氯环利嗪联合地奈德乳膏治疗湿疹可以显著改善临床症状和生物标志物水平，并伴有较低的不良反应风险，在临床上具有较高的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of chlorcyclizine hydrochloride tablets in combination with dieldrin cream in regulating serum aromatic hydrocarbon receptor and cytokine levels in improving the skin condition of eczema patients.Methods: Sixty-four patients with eczema who were treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected for this prospective study and divided into two groups of 32 each by random number table method. Group A was treated with chlorcyclizine hydrochloride tablets alone and group B was treated with combined use of dinaid cream on the basis of group A. The results of this study were as follows. Comparison of short-and long-term efficacy, clinical symptom scores, eczema area and severity indices, serum marker levels and occurrence of adverse reactions was carried out in both groups. Results: Patients in group B were significantly better than those in group A in terms of immediate and long-term efficacy(P < 0.05), and there was a significant improvement in clinical symptom improvement, eczema area and severity scores(P < 0.05). Analysis of serum markers showed that both groups improved after treatment, and the levels of IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-α and AhR were significantly lower in group B compared with group A(P < 0.05). In terms of adverse reactions, the overall incidence of group B was lower than that of group A(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of eczema with chlorcyclizine hydrochloride combined with dianabed cream can significantly improve clinical symptoms and biomarker levels, and is accompanied by a lower risk of adverse reactions.更多还原
