苯甲酸锂的合成及其对聚丙烯结晶行为的影响

    【摘要】 使用苯甲酸与氢氧化锂为原料,通过中和反应生成苯甲酸锂。将苯甲酸锂添加到聚丙烯(PP)中制备复合材料,采用差示扫描量热仪和偏光显微镜研究其对PP结晶行为的影响,并用Avrami理论研究了成核PP的等温结晶动力学。结果表明,随着添加量的增加,苯甲酸锂细化PP球晶的能力逐步增强,PP的结晶温度也随之提高,添加质量分数为0.30%时比纯PP的结晶温度提高了5.6℃,但是对结晶度的影响不显著。等温结晶动力学的结果表明,苯甲酸锂的加入可以明显缩短PP的结晶时间并且降低结晶所需的活化能。

    【Abstract】 Lithium benzoate was synthesized by neutralization reaction using benzoic acid and lithium hydroxide as raw materials.Lithium benzoate was added into polypropylene(PP)by melt blending to prepare composite materials.The effect on PP crystallization behavior was studied by differential scanning calorimetry and polarized microscope, and the isothermal crystallization dynamics of nucleated PP was studied by Avrami theory.The results show that with the increase of lithium benzoate, the ability of refining PP spherulite is gradually increased, and the crystallization temperature of PP is also increased.With the addition of 0.30%,the crystallization temperature is 5.6 ℃ higher than that of pure PP,but the effect on the crystallinity is not significant.The results of the isothermal crystallization kinetics show that the addition of lithium benzoate can significantly shorten the crystallization time of PP and reduce the activation energy required for crystallization.
