马来酸酐改性纤维素在尾矿坝环境治理中的研究
Study on the Application of Maleic Anhydride-Modified Cellulose in Improving the Ecological Environment of Tailing Dam
【摘要】 尾矿坝的环保治理与安全治理是一体的,土工布易因Ca2+产生化学淤堵,造成环境污染与安全问题。纤维素是一种廉价且环保的材料,本实验用马来酸酐对纤维素进行改性制备吸附剂,用以吸附Ca2+,改善土工布化学淤堵情况,对尾矿坝进行环保治理。红外光谱分析显示,马来酸酐成功接枝在纤维素上,电子扫描电镜可以观察到纤维素和马来酸酐成功结合。EDTA滴定法测定不同实验条件对钙离子吸附容量的影响,结果显示,最佳制备条件为纤维素质量2g, MAH质量2g,反应温度80℃,反应时间9h,马来酸酐对钙离子最大吸附容量为178mg/g。
【Abstract】 Environmental and safety management of tailing dams is integrated, as geotextilecan cause chemical silting in the existence of Ca2+,resulting in environmental pollution and safety problems. Cellulose is a cheap and environment-friendly material, thus an experiment using Maleic Anhydride to modify cellulose for adsorbent preparation was conducted, to adsorb Ca2+ and mitigate chemical blocking of geotextile, and improve the ecology around tailing dams. Infrared spectral analysis shows that Maleic Anhydride is successfully grafted on cellulose.The successful combination of cellulose and Maleic Anhydride can be observed on a scanning electron microscope. EDTA titration method is applied to determine the effect of different experimental conditions on the adsorption capacity of Ca2+. Results show that the best preparation conditions are cellulose mass 2 g, MAH mass 2 g, reaction temperature 80℃,reaction time 9 h, when Maleic Anhydride demonstrates maximum Ca2+adsorption capacity of 178 mg/g.
