【摘要】 阿司匹林的合成工艺改进一直是药学实验教学里的重点,继采用优化合成方法合成阿司匹林后本次研究展开了多学科的综合性应用。应用更环保、高效的合成方法合成,对产品进行药物分析、药效学考察、药物制剂及含量测定,是对学生基础实验和专业知识的综合性考察。

【Abstract】 The improvement of Aspirin synthesis process is focus in pharmacy experiment teaching. Application environment protecting, efficiency method of synthesis,pharmaceutical analysis,pharmacodynamic study, pharmaceutical preparations and assaying.It is a basic experiment and comprehensive professional knowledge for students.
